Communication channel with the bodies of the Secretariat of Security and Social Defense of Rio Grande do Norte
This application aims to provide a new communication channel to the population by offering protection services.
Here it is possible to register police complaints that will be forwarded for proper assistance.
One of the advantages of the application is that it sends the exact location of the occurrence, photos, videos and audio about the incident. This will allow for more agility
in communication and greater detailing of the occurrence to assist the security system at the time of service.
It is not necessary to speak to an attendant, just register or send data, thus allowing people with hearing and palate disabilities to use the application perfectly.
To use the services, you must have a mobile device with mobile data/Wi-Fi and GPS technology. It is also necessary to perform a previous registration and accept the privacy
and information security policy.
The data sent in the application will only be used by the bodies of Sesed/RN. All data sent is confidential!
Dear citizen, remember that it is prohibited to pass on false information while using the application, subjecting the person responsible to criminal sanctions, as provided
for in Article 340 of the Brazilian Penal Code (Provoking the action of an authority, informing him of the occurrence of a crime or of a misdemeanor that he knows has not
taken place. Penalty – detention of one to six months, or fine).
