By registering on the app, you have access to your mobility cards and now have facilities that were previously available only in face-to-face service at BRB Mobilidade stations,
such as:
Carrying out recharge by means of a ticket;
• Balance inquiry and card usage statement;
• Access to Chatbot to ask questions and/or request services, with human interaction;
• Access to bus routes.
• Over time, BRB has invested in continuous improvements and in the security of the app, focusing on our customers' experience. For example, the inclusion of a photo during
registration and login, which now requires the registered e-mail and password to access card data.
