Om te zorgen dat we de 1,5 meter waarborgen in het restaurant zetten we lunchspreiding in. Dit betekent dat gasten in shifts naar het restaurant komen en
we zo het aantal gasten dat tegelijk in het restaurant verblijft kunnen reguleren en beperken. We vragen gasten om zo veel mogelijk met hun directe collega’s te lunchen.
In het overleg tussen opdrachtgever en locatiebeheerder wordt bepaald hoeveel gasten tegelijk het restaurant kunnen bezoeken. Dit aantal wordt bepaald op basis van de
capaciteit aan zitplaatsen en de omvang van het uitgiftegebied.
Vervolgens schat de locatiebeheerder in overleg met de opdrachtgever het te verwachten aantal gasten in en op basis van een algoritme in de app wordt het aantal shifts dat
er dagelijks nodig is om dit aantal gasten op een veilige manier van dienst te kunnen zijn.
Gasten schrijven zich vervolgens via de app in op een van de beschikbare shifts, waarbij het aantal gasten per shift is gemaximeerd.Door gebruik te maken van de Shift
Happens app kunnen de gasten dagelijks in uw bedrijfsrestaurant veilig en hygiënisch te lunchen in shifts.
