Description
Integration of the digital-based management system for organizing the Hajj and Umrah of the Ministry of Religion, West Java Provincial Regional Office, digitally-based into
one non-public service super app.
After the release of the first Android-based application, PPIH-MOBILE, in 2015 as a tool for managing reporting on the Hajj Pilgrimage in West Java Province until its
development into a tool for 2 embarkations (Jakarta-Bekasi and Kertajati), then the CAT (Computer Assisted Test) application was released. in 2017 as a tool for conducting the
Hajj Officer exam online, as well as the emergence of a mobile application for managing Hajj assets (BMH) within the Hajj Sector of the Ministry of Religion of the Regional
Office of West Java Province as well as the publication of an assessment and accreditation application for the Hajj and Umrah Guidance Group (SAIKHU) in in 2019.
Currently, through SIPHU-JABAR (Hajj and Umrah Organization Information System) all application-based systems are integrated into one gate without reducing the function and
usefulness of each application.
Hopefully it will be useful, especially in making the management of Government Agencies within the Hajj Sector, Ministry of Religion, West Java Provincial Office better, more
transparent and effective.
