•In case the image are not successfully saved
If you are using Android4.4, photos can not be saved onto a SD card currently. If you are using Android4.4 or later, the "Folder" function may not be fully functional. In
that case, it maybe saved onto following internal storages,
/ Storage / emulated / legacy / DateCamera /
/ Storage / emulated / 0 / DateCamera /
Please use such as file management software to check where the data is saved. And if you still can not find the file, your device is not support.
• When an error occurred and cannot be used
Because it requires the camera functions of your smart phone, it may interfere with other camera apps. Please restart your smartphone and try it again.
